Fuel Flow Measurement

The delta pressure fuel flow meter FQ-3100DP assists you in the highly precise measurement of all common fuel types for engines with up to 700 kW. The differential pressure technology is a volumetric measuring principle: an internal gear pump is regulated by a piston, which starts to move due to the fuel flow and thus activates a light detection, which in turn activates a servo-driven motor. The unique measuring range of the DP-sensor allows measurement in a wide consumption range from 0.2 l/h to 400 l/h and with high accuracy, even at low flow rates. The FQ-3100DP therefore is especially suited for testing of small engines and zero fuel consumption. Furthermore, the high data transmission rate of 100 Hz allows for a highly dynamic and fast measurement of the fuel flow, which is necessary for demanding research and development (R&D) applications.
